YA-ToDo – Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 September 2026

YA-ToDo is a personal daily to-do list, available as an Android app (including a home-screen widget) and as a web app at tidaltodo.web.app. This page explains what data the app handles and why.

Data we collect

The app does not collect location data, contacts, device identifiers for advertising, or analytics about your usage. It contains no ads.

How the data is used

Your data is used solely to provide the service: to authenticate you and to store and synchronise your tasks between the Android app, the widget and the web app. It is never sold, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or used for advertising.

Where the data is stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), operated by Google LLC, in a European data-centre region. Data is encrypted in transit. Only you – authenticated with your Google account – can read or change your tasks; this is enforced by server-side security rules.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual tasks at any time, and you can delete your whole account – including all tasks – yourself:

Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you cannot sign in, email the address below from the Google account in question and the account will be deleted for you.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date.
